Support, and how it’s handled.

Play 16-0 is free to play. Some visitors choose to support the work with a small, voluntary payment — here’s how those are handled.

  • I

Play 16-0 is free to play — every feature, for everyone, always. Choosing to support the project is optional and never affects gameplay or the leaderboards.

  • II

A support payment made through the support page — think of it as buying the developer a chai — goes toward the servers, data, and time behind this free project.

  • III

Support payments are voluntary and, once completed, are generally non-refundable.

  • IV

Made a genuine mistake — wrong amount, or an accidental double payment? Write to us within 7 days via the contact page with the transaction reference and we will reverse it. Nobody should be out money they did not mean to give.

  • V

There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or account balances — every support payment is a one-time, standalone contribution, so there is nothing to cancel.
